Metso/Nordberg HP300 Cone Crusher
Equipped with manganese steel crushing members, hydraulic bowl clamping and adjustment, hydraulic clearing of crusher chamber, automatic tramp iron release, bronze bearings, package lubrication system (consisting of independent submersible pump, oil pressure switch, oil temperature switch, oil tank with strainer, oil level gauge and two thermometers, oil heater and oil filter), oil cooler (air–radiator type), tools, and WEG 300 HP, 1.15 service factor, 1800 RPM, 460 volt, 3–phase, 60 cycle, TEFC crusher drive motor.

Deister TFM3P-3620-M, triple deck, 6' x 20' Triple-shafted Horizontal Vibrating Screen

  • Trunnion type spring support mounts on each corner, baked epoxy coated support springs
  • Snubbers (friction checks) - spring loaded
  • 1/4" thick sideplates formed along the top and bottom, with 5/16" thick formed steel reinforcing plates bolted to sideplates between bearing housing and sideplates
  • Access ports with cover plates in the sideplates
  • Removable back plates, rubber flap and steel combination
  • Screen cloth support panels constructed of fabricated I-beams welded to formed angles bolted to the sideplates
  • 48" long extended discharge lips on the top and middle decks

  • Each vibrating mechanism tube is protected by a 3/8" thick steel-backed rubber shield tack welded to the tube
  • Eccentric shafts with adjustable weights for stroke adjustment
  • Bronze sleeve between bearing and shaft
  • 15" feed box with 1/4" AR steel replaceable wear plate in the bottom
  • Deister heavy duty pivoted rubber torsion motor base, “5V” section banded V-belt, 2 groove “5V” section motor sheave and belt guard less mounting brackets and motor support
  • Rubber wrapped spring protectors (guards)
  • Snubber guards
  • As per DMCo. Bulletin 333-A, operating at approximately 790 RPM and with approximately 11/16" stroke, with a preliminary estimated weight of 20,000 lbs. (actual weight determined after all design specifications have been finalized)

Adjustable king pin support 

 

  • Adjustable tubular supports reduce the amount of blocking required in the kingpin area during plant operation, which simplifies set up and tear down.
  • The kingpin supports are lifted and pinned for towing to clear the semi-tractor.

  • Two bank valve body for adjusting the overscreen conveyor front and rear supports
  • All hydraulic lines are bleed and tested for leaks

 

Safety Guards:

We install all standard guarding, customer will be responsible for compliance with local codes.

 

General:

  • Chassis to be sandblasted, one coat tow part epoxy primer and two part urethane finish painted one coat GreyHawk beige with orange and grey highlight stripe on the trailer frame beams.
  • (2) sets of owners/parts manuals.
