Dewatering Screen with Under Pan

ONE (1) Model VD-21S (7' x 12') McLanahan Vibrating Dewatering Screen, each complete with:

• TWO 8.5hp vibratory motors
• Heat treated motor bridge
• Huck bolted construction
• Modular polyurethane screen media
• Rubber vibration isolation buffers
• Under Pan - coal tar epoxy internal coating and flanged side discharge
• Discharge Chute with ¼” polyurethane liner

Sump and Pump

ONE (1) Pumping Module, including:

• Feed collection sump model E-650
• Electric level control valve with float switch
• McLanahan pump 3” x 3” Slurry Pump with 15 hp motor
• Suction hose: 3” ID x 5ft long
• Delivery hoses to screw washer washback inlets

Support Structure

Support structure for all of the above equipment, with:

• Low Profile Skid mounted structure to support VD Screen & Under Pan
• Primed and painted to McLanahan Corporation standard
