The Metso HR Vibrating Grizzly Feeder (VGF) is built for long lasting durability while offering application flexibility. Adjustable grizzly openings and deck slope provides for easy adjustments. Heavy duty tubular beams, an egg crate construction and extra thick deck plates increase resistance against twisting and impact of large rocks. The HR 52” x 24’ heavy duty construction incorporates a 16’ long, 1” thick solid pan deck with 3/4” thick AR steel quick change pan liner, 1/2” thick AR side plate wear liners and set up to with two Stepped Grizzly section (2) 4’ long grizzly section supported by a coil spring mounting assembly. ((Fabricated Grizzly bars supplied by customer 3 1/2” opening) ) Also included is a VL-14 vibrator mechanism with (4) 140 mm, bearings, open tube oil flow through splash type lubrication, wide faced helical gears for timing, OST style motor base, feeder sheave, motor sheave, V-belts and V-belt guard.Equipment AS Follows:
· 16’ Pan with replaceable ¾” AR steel liners
· Unit set up with two 4’ stepped grizzly section
· Customer to supply Fabricated grizzly bars , spacer plates and hardware
· ½” Quick Change AR side plate liners (liners are 8” tall and have slotted holes)
· VL-14 Vibrator, oil lubricated with (2) eccentric shafts and (2) wide faced helical gears
(4) – 140mm, 23 series bearings ).
· Mounted on steel coil springs at 0 degrees
· V-belt drive includes feeder sheave, motor sheave, and belts
· Lean Back spring assembly under feeder frame positioned at (Front) Feed end of unit
· Two sets of coil spring assembly positioned after the backup spring toward the middle of the feeder
· Frame.
