Facility
RB Scott Company headquarters is located in Eau Claire, WI. Our facility consists of over 22,000 square feet, including our support and administrative office, warehouse, wire screen fabrication and warehouse, and our full service repair, fabrication and maintenance shop. We also operate a branch location in Clearwater, MN, strategically positioned to provide enhanced service to our Midwest customers.
Ownership/Management
The Company has been owned by John and Nancy Mickelson since 1993. John serves as CEO, and Katie Murphy serves as President.
District Managers
To be close to our customer base, our District Managers live in communities within the geographical territories that they are responsible for managing. Our District Managers are well-trained in the application of process equipment and wear parts. While Scott, Jason, Cole, and Jordan are anxious to share their product knowledge and experience, they firmly believe in listening to our customers as a prerequisite to customer service.
