Metso Nordberg C130 Jaw Crusher Unit #1530

The Nordberg C130 primary jaw crusher is the latest addition to the successful Nordberg C Series Jaw Crusher Range. The steep nip angle and excellent kinematics ensure aggressive crushing along the length of the crushing cavity. The 39’ x 51’ x 88” long cavity excels at crushing coarse, hard rock that reduces the need for a fine blast pattern or the frequent use of a hammer.

Setting adjustment-Hydraulic
C Series jaw crushers are offered with multiple different setting adjustment methods depending on the application and customer need

Crusher closed side setting is adjusted with hydraulically operated wedges by moving the wedges in or out with hydraulic cylinders. Provides stepless setting adjustment. Quick, easy and safe. Preferred especially in case crusher setting is adjusted often due to need of wear compensation or for any other reason.

Support brackets-Standard
C130 utilizes the damper design shown in the picture 2.Vulcanized rubber between two rigid steel plates makes it possible to carry both horizontal and vertical loads with single component. This design makes the crusher run smoothly and absorbs momentary force spikes.

Motor base-Integral w/o support bearings
The integral motor support is easy to assemble, maintain and service. It decreases installation space requirements as well as costs and increases V-belt lifetime. It rests in the back of the main frame and is attached to the crusher by means of bolts.

Guards-Metso beige
C Series jaw crushers can be equipped with durable composite or sheet metal fabricated flywheel/drive guards for safety reasons. The guards are easy to open for inspection/maintenance.

Crusher supplied without crusher drive motor. Motor information to be given to Metso for drive system and motor support adjustment.

Optional Equipment
Manual greasing hoses-Grease distributor and hoses
Manual centralized lubrication of the crusher main bearings (all models) and also for optional support bearings in the motor base if chosen (models C130, C150 & C160). The equipment includes a grease distributor and all necessary hoses between the distributor and crusher main bearings and support bearings. Greasing through the distributor and hoses can be automated by selecting the separate option "Automatic lubricating device".

Drillings for temp. sensor
Four drillings for temperature sensors. On the pitman (2 pcs.) and crusher frame bearing housings (1 / each).

Jaw maintenance platform
Lightweight, adjustable and easy to handle maintenance platforms for making the jaw liner and cheek plate changes easier and safer.


Finishing
Color-Metso beige
Surface finishing is according Metso's D1.1-BG standard. This specifies that the finishing shall be one coat painted with nominal dry film thickness of 90um. The coating shall be done with polyurethane paint.


On-Site Start-up, Training and Warranty Commissioning
• RB Scott will supply a field service technician to complete startup
