Equipment As Follows:

• 1000 gallon polypropylene tank with ¾” walls
• Fabricated mild steel frame
• Stainless Steel hopper and metering auger with VFD
• Hopper Capacity of 110lbs, with a low level limit switch
• Progressive cavity injection pump with VFD – 12GPM max
• Activation chamber with two 12” hydrofoil impellers
• Aging chamber with two 15” hydrofoil impellers
• Two way electric actuated brass ball valve
• 30-50 GPM water supply required

Electrical:

• 480VAC, 60HZ, 3PH, with 120VAC control voltage
• HOA switches with relays and timers

General:

All mild steel will be sandblasted, two part epoxy primer painted one coat and two part urethane finish painted one coat.
